FIELD: sport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports activity and is intended for use in the process of training and increase of sportsmen skills level in various sports. Technical result is achieved by application of the method of a sportsman training by correcting individual movements of the sportsman, differing by the fact that correction of separate elements of the sportsman's motion is carried out when the sportsman (patient) is sitting, standing or lying, as a result of simultaneous demonstration on a screen of a specially created video-film with an image of a sportsman ideally performing the trained movement, in which focus is made on certain parts of the model body with the help of light release accompanied by an audio signal and synchronous with the image tactile effect on the same parts of the sportsman body produced by the trainer , assistant, partner or the sportsman himself.EFFECT: technical result, which the invention has as the purpose, is expansion of technical facilities by creation of a method according to which a sportsman is trained due to formation of stable synaptic connections in the sportsman's brain by establishing conventional-reflectory links between the sportsman and the created together with trainers and computer simulation experts model of ideal performing of an exercised during training movement of the sportsman.5 cl |
