A method for manufacturing a transparent conductor according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) manufacturing a laminate having a transparent polymer layer and a conductive network sequentially laminated on a base material; and (b) sinking the conductive network into the transparent polymer layer by applying energy to the laminate. By providing significantly high binding power between a substrate and a conductive layer, stable electrical properties may be retained even in the case of long-term repeated physical deformation of the transparent conductor.
