摘要 The present invention provides a method for producing a silicon/carbon composite or a silicon alloy/carbon composite capable of forming a uniform silicon-containing thin film or a silicon-containing alloy thin film on the surface of a conductive carbonaceous material, and a silicon/carbon composite or a silicon alloy/carbon composite capable of realizing a high capacity electricity storage device and showing excellent charge-discharge cycle characteristics when used as a negative electrode material for forming an anode of an electricity storage device. The method for producing a silicon/carbon composite or a silicon alloy/carbon composite comprises the steps of: (a) forming a carbon-containing thin film on the surface of a conductive carbonaceous material through chemical vapor deposition (CVD) using carbon-containing gas; and (b) forming a silicon-containing thin film or a silicon-containing alloy thin film on the conductive carbonaceous material through chemical vapor deposition (CVD) using silicon-containing gas alone or silicon-containing gas and carbon-containing gas.
