FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, particularly to a method of producing a half-raw meat-based food product. Half-raw feed product is produced without cereal products and binding substances. Novel half-raw food product is produced by cooking extrusion. Extruder is loaded with at least following ingredients:a) at least one component from a group consisting of dried meat, meat meal, dried fish, fish meal,b) meat or fish,c) optionally water or steam, if said water or steam is not added in combination with ingredients of a) or b).Ingredients a), b) and c) together constitute at least 80 wt.% of additives.
