A wind power plant comprises a mast, which is made in the form of a segment of pipe mounted vertically. On two-row sleeve rolling guide apparatus and on the other the console of the shaft is fixed a toothed wheel linked to a toothed wheel fixed coaxially on the outer surface of the top of the mast. The area of a circle of the rim of the guiding unit shaded by a canopy, is fixed by the holder in the axle and rigidly cross-piece hinged to the shaft. Is connected coaxially and pivotally by means of toothed wheels kinematically movable guide vanes and impeller, made with the possibility of rotation in opposite directions. To the axle, perpendicular to the axis of the shaft in the horizontal plane fixed by the end of the rod, is formed as a segment of the pipe at its other end, in the internal cavity, mounted coaxially pivotally and rotatably the worm shaft, at its end there is fixed the impeller-windrose. The worm shaft is coupled through a window in the wall of the pipe rod with a worm wheel which rotates on an axis fixed to the rod holder.
