The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip capable of accurately measuring sensitivity of cells to a sample by minimizing error when measuring the sensitivity of cells to a sample, and a method for measuring sensitivity of cells to a sample by using the microfluidic chip. More specifically, the microfluidic chip for measuring sensitivity of cells to a sample comprises: two or more fluid inlets; a gradient forming region for distributing each fluid injected through the inlets into a plurality of micro-channels having different concentration gradients; cell culture chambers each connected to the micro-channels, and culturing cells; and an outlet connected to the cell culture chambers. The microfluidic chip further comprises a flow path for bypass formed by branching a flow path between the micro-channels and the cell culture chambers, and is installed with a cell culture chamber upper valve on an upper end of the cell culture chambers, thereby on/off controlling introduction of a fluid to the cell culture chambers. |
