The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating Scuticociliatosis of fish, and to a feed additive using the same. More specifically, the composition comprises vermiculite and a Nymphaea tetragona extract. The composition of the present invention has excellent effects in preventing and treating Scuticociliatosis of fish. The composition of the present invention can be used as an agent for a medicinal fluid or a natural feed additive.
