FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biochemistry, in particular to transgenic plant, which possesses insecticidal activity with respect to fall armyworm and European corn borer, containing Cry1Ab protein-coding DNA and Cry1Be protein-coding DNA and seed, as well as to method for reducing development of resistance to Cry1Ab and Cry1Be protein in fall armyworm and European corn borer with its application. Also described is totality of plants in the field, containing multitude of said transgenic plans, and plants, which are not Bacillus thuringiensis (non-Bt plants), and mixture of seeds, containing seeds from non-Bt plants and multitude of said seeds. The invention also relates to method for control of European corn borer by bringing in contact said insect with Cry1Be protein and Cry1Ab protein, as well as to method for obtaining plant cells, expressing Cry1Ab protein and Cry1Be protein.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to control fall armyworm and European corn borer in effective way.20 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
