The system of preparation and dissemination of meteorological data contains the subsystem for receiving information of a fixed location, which comprises a network of ground meteorological stations, upper-air sensors, ground-based weather radar, weather satellites, which is connected to ground receivers of meteorological information and dynamic interactive subsystem for receiving and disseminating of information. Members of meteorological information, namely air vehicles with the appropriate equipment, who are the ones who provide operational meteorological information, are connected to the system, the automatic transmission of information, and are connected to ground receivers of meteorological information, the information from the output of which is transmitted to the information meteorological centers and weather banks, which are connected to analytical and forecasting centers, of which the output information is provided to the users, including aircraft and aeronautical meteorological and dispatching services, which are directly connected to the aircraft with relevant systems of aviation communication. The constituents of subsystems of fixed location are connected via satellite links to terrestrial receivers with meteorological information and with components of the subsystem of mobile location, which via satellite links are also connected with the ground receivers of meteorological information. |
