| 摘要 | The present invention relates to a novel liquid delivery carrier comprising a specific grade of glyceryl caprylate and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil in particular amounts. This carrier can be loaded with slightly or poorly water soluble substances and filled into hard gelatin capsule shells for final administration to a subject. Also disclosed are filling compositions comprising such delivery carrier and hard gelatin capsules filled with the carrier and the composition of the invention. The delivery carrier of the invention proved to be compatible with both the hard gelatin capsule shells and the substances loaded into it. | ||
