The present invention relates to a computer aided diagnosis apparatus using consecutive medical images, capable of performing diagnosis at a high speed. The apparatus comprises: an image input unit to receive consecutive images; an image analysis unit to group inputted images into a specific number of units, separate the images within the group into a first image and a second image, and analyze the first and second images in parallel; and a screen display unit to output the analyzed result of the image analysis unit on a screen.
