The method for preventing postoperative complications of esophagoplasty comprises the formation of the free end of esophageal tube, its exteriorization as a stoma onto the neck, and esophagoplasty as such. Esophagoplasty is performed simultaneously with the formation of the stoma on the neck by fashioning end-to-side anastomosis between the esophagus and interponate. As the free end of esophageal tube, the proximal part of interponate above anastomosis level is selected. Into the lumen of interponate, the probe is inserted, which is extended over its limits and fixed onto the skin. |
