A method of producing nanocrystals of ZnO:Mn with ferromagnetic properties includes the preparation of solutions of initial components, crushing solution into an aerosol and transport of aerosol to the thermal zone, the thermal decomposition of the salt components, the collection of the synthesized product to the filter device. As the solutions used aqueous solutions of zinc nitrate of 0.1÷0.3 M and nitrate of manganese 0.01÷0.06 M. the fragmentation of the solution is carried out before the formation of droplets with a size of 1.0÷2.5 µm, as a transport gas is used nitrogen. Thermal decomposition of the salt components was carried out for 5-10 s. at a temperature of 450÷650 °C, the temperature of the filter device is maintained in the range of 250÷300 °C. |
