The present invention relates to a polyurethane two liquid-type limited-combustible adhesive and a limited-combustible material using the same. The polyurethane two liquid-type limited-combustible adhesive according to the present invention is produced on the basis of an isocyanurate reaction between a main material part containing two or more kinds of polyether polyols and a hardening material part containing isocyanate. The main material part specifies a polyol component, and the isocyanate of the hardening material part is trimerized at room temperature through catalytic induction. A content of a flame retardant is increased to reinforce flame retardant properties, and 50% or more char is produced. Accordingly, at an actual site, without having to control temperature conditions, through polyurethane trimerization at room temperature, limited-combustibility is ensured even at high temperatures, and occurrence of toxic gases may be reduced. Moreover, when a limited-combustible material using the polyurethane two liquid-type limited-combustible adhesive applied to various material which is weak to heat and flame is combusted by high temperature firepower, only a surface directly coming in contact therewith is locally combusted but an attachment object is not combusted, so human lives and assets may be protected from fire. |
