The present invention relates to a device and a method for geothermal power generation. The device for geothermal power generation includes: a borehole unit boring the ground surface; an injection pipe unit inserted into the borehole unit, wherein cold water is injected therein; and a heat conduction unit installed in the borehole unit and heating the cold water discharged from the injection pipe unit. The device and the method for the geothermal power generation enable a user to safely and cheaply use geothermal heat.
