FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: device for loading and treatment of grain comprises a frame provided with wheels, on top of which there are in one plane three casing with circular cross section with conveying working bodies made in the form of spiral screws. At that each working body is fixed on one side on a metal cylinder which is secured by bolting through the radial opening in it to the drive shaft, which is arranged with adjustable rotational rate. In the lower half of the casing there are windows closed by lids, inside the lids the sprayers are mounted made in the form of centrifugal atomisers, and the upper ends of the casings are provided with unloading windows. The working bodies at their lower parts are made protruding beyond the outer edges of the casings and provided with protective grids made of metal round rod and fastened with welding joint, and the drive of the working bodies is made common from the electric motor through the V-belt drive. On the frame a tank with the seed treatment fluid is mounted, which is connected to the atomisers by the pipeline.EFFECT: reduce of manual labour in the process of operation, increase of productivity and changing quality for the better the quality of the finished product.2 dwg |
