Installation for the experimental determination of the energy intensity of cutting stems of plants comprises a frame, which is pivotally mounted on the double-arm lever, on the working arm of which the working load is installed, and at its distal end there is the device to secure the knife, and its auxiliary arm is connected by accumulating spring with the frame and the balancer is mounted thereon and at its distal end a hook is pivotally mounted, one end of which is equipped with a spring, and a second pointed end is adapted to and next to it the board is secured to the frame, which is contacted with the end and clamping device for fastening samples of the stems of plants is mounted on the frame and concentrically to the pivot axis of the lever the scale is set, and the arrow is fixed to the lever, the pointer of which is situated at the scale.
