PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine automatic stopping/starting control device capable of prohibiting a non-required automatic starting of the engine without detecting an occupant's sat state.SOLUTION: A signal corresponding to an operation of a brake is inputted to a brake signal input terminal. A processing device controls an automatic engine stopping/starting. This processing device executes automatic stopping processing for automatically stopping the engine when an automatic stopping condition is satisfied. When the automatic starting condition is satisfied during automatic stopping of the engine, the processing device executes automatic starting processing for automatically starting the engine. After a duration time of a state in which a neglected state determination condition is satisfied during an engine automatic stop, the processing device executes the automatic starting prohibiting processing for prohibiting the execution of the automatic starting processing.
