PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a scandia-stabilized zirconia having suppressed reduction of oxygen ion conduction over time, the scandia-stabilized zirconia film having suppressed reduction of oxygen ion conduction over time and a single cell for solid oxide shape fuel battery containing the scandia-stabilized zirconia film.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of scandia-stabilized zirconia film includes the steps of: mixing at least a mixed powder by mixing total 100 mass% of 70 mass% or more and 97 mass% or less of scandia-stabilized zirconia powder having bulk density of 0.9 g/mL or more and 1.05 g/mL or less and 3 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less of scandia-stabilized zirconia powder having bulk density of over 1.05 g/mL and 1.4 g/mL or less, a solvent and a binder to obtain a slurry; drying after coating the slurry on a substrate film to obtain film precursor; and sintering the film precursor to obtain the scandia-stabilized zirconia film.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
