PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery stack which allows for normal operation of a current interruption mechanism at the time of overcharge.SOLUTION: A first end plate 30 is arranged at one end in the lamination direction, for a laminate of secondary battery cells 10. A second end plate 40 is arranged at the other end in the lamination direction, for a laminate of secondary battery cells 10. A restraining member 50 is coupled with the first end plate 30 and second end plate 40. The restraining member 50 loads a restraining load, for restraining the laminate while sandwiching from both sides in the lamination direction, to the first end plate 30 and second end plate 40. In a state where the restraining member 50 is coupled with both first end plate 30 and second end plate 40, the first end plate 30 can move relatively to the second end plate 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
