PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of MSspectra to be displayed in a state that a user can easily grasp the presence or absence of a common neutral loss in a mass analysis data processing device having a function to display the plurality of MSspectra side by side.SOLUTION: A mass analysis processing device 20 for displaying an MSspectrum which is a result of performing a mass analysis by opening ion at the n-1 (n represents an integer equal to 2 or more) stage on a display screen is provided with precursor ion specifying means 32 for specifying m/z of the precursor ion being a base of the MSspectrum; and alignment means 33 for allowing the plurality of MSspectra to be vertically displayed side by side in such a manner that the position of the m/z of the precursor ion is arranged at the same position in the left and right direction of the display screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
