PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize manual operation of a robot by a touch operation without reducing safety.SOLUTION: An operation command generating part of a robot operation device can perform the following: selecting processing for selecting one combination of an operation object from pre-set combinations of drive shafts which include at least one of a drive shaft corresponding to a drag operation in a first direction and a derive shaft corresponding to a drag operation in a second direction; operation determination processing in which when a touch operation detected by a touch operation detection part is a drag operation, whether said drag operation is performed in the first direction or the second direction is determined; a first operation command generation processing for generating an operation command for driving the drive shaft corresponding to the drag operation in the first direction when the drag operation is performed in the first direction; and a second operation command generation processing for generating an operation command for driving the drive shaft corresponding to the drag operation in the second direction when the drag operation is performed in the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
