PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a coating material for forming an ink-receiving layer capable of forming an ink-receiving layer suitable for inkjet printing using an ultraviolet-curable ink; an inkjet printed matter obtained by inkjet printing the ultraviolet-curable ink on the ink-receiving layer formed of the coating material; and a method for manufacturing the inkjet printed matter.SOLUTION: A coating material for forming an ink-receiving layer contains at least an acrylic resin and fine particles. A calculation Tg of the acrylic resin is in a range of -5 to 30°C. A content of the fine particles to a nonvolatile component in the coating material is 20-50 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
