PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet that improves collapse in a transfer layer and blur in the transfer layer when a printed matter is manufactured.SOLUTION: A transfer sheet includes a base material, and a release layer and a transfer layer sequentially disposed on the base material. The release layer includes a binder resin. The binder resin includes over 0 mass% and 49 mass% or less of an acrylic resin, and 51 mass% or more and less than 100 mass% of a vinyl chloride acetate resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
