PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary regenerative air preheater capable of efficiently preventing corrosion (ash erosion) of diaphragm and grating caused by friction with fine particles of coal ash and the like included in an exhaust gas.SOLUTION: A rotary regenerative air preheater is provided by executing fillet welding 2 to a lower edge of a back face, and a front edge and a lower edge of an end face in a state that the end face and the back face are respectively kept into contact with a support block 59 and a diaphragm 54 by a flat bar 1 having the long rectangular parallelepiped shape and made of iron steel, and positioning an upper face 1a to be flush with an upper face 59a of the support block 59, in a rotary regenerative air preheater by a conventional technology.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
