PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a scandia-stabilized zirconia having suppressed reduction of oxygen ion conduction over time, the scandia-stabilized zirconia film having suppressed reduction of oxygen ion conduction over time and a single cell for solid oxide shape fuel battery containing the scandia-stabilized zirconia film.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of scandia-stabilized zirconia film includes the steps of: mixing non-defatted scandia-stabilized zirconia powder with at least a solvent ad a binder to obtain a slurry (1); conducting a defatting treatment on the slurry (1) at 300°C or more and less than 1200°C to obtain a defatted scandia-stabilized zirconia powder; mixing a mixed power by mixing total 100 mass% of non-defatted scandia-stabilized zirconia powder of 70 mass% or more and 97 mass% or less and the defatted scandia-stabilized zirconia powder of 3 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less, a solvent and a binder to obtain a slurry (2); drying after coating the slurry (2) on a substrate film to obtain film precursor; and sintering the film precursor to obtain the scandia-stabilized zirconia film.SELECTED DRAWING: None
