PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer apparatus capable of detecting a noise transmission path by an ordinary engineer not a specialist in noise analysis with automatic mode with fewer number of steps than manual mode, and to provide a noise path display unit.SOLUTION: The noise analyzer using the noise analysis program and the noise path display unit are adapted to convert the currents flowing on plural elements constituting a circuit in the frequency area based on analysis result on transition current to the circuit. In the plural elements, a terminal which is connected to an element on which the current is the largest in a preset frequency is detected from the noise source terminals and a noise path is identified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
