PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the inclination of a document image in a line memory the capacity of which is small.SOLUTION: A line memory management part 22 ensures line memories for an N (N>1) number of input blocks. A data input part 23 writes in the line memories the N number of input blocks corresponding to an output block after an inclination correction. A data output part 24 reads lines of the output block one line at a time from the N number of input blocks in the line memories. Into the line memory of a sub-line in which the reading of a line of the output block is finished by the data output part 24, the data input part 23 writes the subsequent sub-line in the sub-scanning direction of the last sub-line written in any one of the line memories.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
