PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device downsized in a predetermined direction.SOLUTION: An unlocking device 20 includes: a rotation member 32 including a working unit 44 for rotating to move a locking member; a case member 36 for supporting the rotation member 32 so that the rotation member can rotate; an operation member 34 slidable in a direction approximately parallel with a rotation plane of the rotation member 32; a link structure for converting slide of the operation member 34 to rotation of the rotation member 32; and a case member 36 including an accommodation unit 66 for forming an accommodation space for accommodating part of the operation member 34 so that the part is slidable and a support unit 70 for supporting the rotation member so that the rotation member can rotate.
