PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionomer resin comprising a new fumaric acid diester-fumaric acid monoester copolymer used for a material of a film excellent in toughness, heat resistance and transparency and a carboxylic acid metal salt.SOLUTION: There is provided an ionomer resin which comprises: a fumaric acid diester-fumaric acid monoester copolymer containing a fumaric acid diester residue unit in which one or two carboxyl groups are esterified with an alcohol having a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a cyclic alkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms or a fumarate monoester residue unit; and a carboxylic acid metal salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
