PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable operations necessary for a cell culture in an operation isolator to perform efficiently in a short time without mixing saprophytic bacteria in cells to be treated.SOLUTION: An operation isolator 21 forms a sterilized space. An incubator 33 is connected to the operation isolator 21 and contains cells to culture. A closet 52 stores articles used in the operation isolator 21. A pass box 51 is provided in order to carry in the articles to the closet 52 from the outside. The closet 52 and the operation isolator 21 are linked directly or indirectly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
