PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can form images on recording materials having different lengths in a width direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction, the image forming apparatus capable of suppressing a toner from being adhered to a recording material to leave stains on the recording material via a conveyance guide having a surface part contact part that is brought into contact with any one of the front and rear face of the recording material.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes, in a conveyance path 30 for a recording sheet P that passes through a transfer nip part N of a printer 100, a plurality of conveyance guides, such as a transfer entrance guide 40 that guides a recording material to be conveyed, a transfer exit guide 50, and a fixing entrance guide 60. At least the transfer entrance guide 40, of the plurality of conveyance guides, has a surface part contact part 41 that is brought into contact with a lower face (rear face) of the recording sheet P to be guided, and the length in the width direction of the surface part contact part 41 can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
