PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface structure for protein adsorption suppression capable of suppressing protein adsorption without using a chemical solution.SOLUTION: A surface structure for protein adsorption suppression includes: on its surface, a linear fine uneven shape 3 in which a plurality of parallel linear projections 2 extend in one direction or substantially one direction; and a linear fine uneven layer 1 made of a hardened material of a resin composition. In the linear fine uneven shape 3, the average value pof the interval p between adjacent linear projections is 500 nm or less. At least a part of the surface of a micro flow channel is a surface structure for protein adsorption suppression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
