PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an image in which the contour of a cell is clear by a relatively simple device configuration and processing.SOLUTION: An image processor includes: holding means 11 for holding a carrier WP carrying a cell; imaging means 13 that includes an imaging optical system 130 arranged with an optical axis OA directed to the carrier WP, and receives light made incident on the imaging optical system to image a cell in a bright field; position changing means 146 for changing the focal position of the imaging optical system 130 in a direction along the optical axis OA; control means 141 for changing and setting a set value of the focal position by the position changing means at multiple stages, and making the imaging means 13 perform imaging at each set value to acquire a plurality of original images; and image processing means 141 for calculating the contrast values of the respective original images imaged at each set value, specifying two set values sandwiching a minimum value in a profile of the contrast values to set values, and creating a difference image of two original images imaged at the set value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
