PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal lens structure that has a combination of structure and position of electrodes different from a conventional art and achieve more favorable response time to improve performance of a liquid crystal lens.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal lens structure according to the present invention includes: a first substrate and a second substrate that are arranged opposite to each other and have a first side and a second side; a liquid crystal layer that is interposed between the first substrate and second substrate and is adjacent to the first side of the first substrate and the first side of the second substrate; a first transparent conductive layer that is located between the first substrate and the liquid crystal layer; and a second transparent conductive layer that is located on the second side of the second substrate, has a circular opening, and includes a circular electrode located in the circular opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3C |
