PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize hydrocarbon-based combustible gas used for pressurization of a fuel feed section without discharging in atmosphere.SOLUTION: A coal gasification facility 100 comprises: a coal gasification furnace 30; a pulverized coal bin 20 storing pulverized coal; a pulverized coal feeding hopper 21 pressurizing the pulverized coal with hydrocarbon-based combustible gas and feeding it to the coal gasification furnace 30; a combustible gas feeding device 40 feeding the hydrocarbon-based combustible gas to the pulverized coal feeding hopper 21; a methanation facility 80 generating combustible gas composed primarily of methane gas by reacting coal gasification gas generated in the coal gasification furnace 30; and a feeding passage 24 feeding the hydrocarbon-based combustible gas discharged from the pulverized coal feeding hopper 21 to the methanation facility 80 when the inside of the pulverized coal feeding hopper 21 is decompressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
