PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multilayer ceramic capacitor module having large capacity, excellent in heat dissipation and capable of surely preventing cracks from being generated in a multilayer ceramic capacitor over time.SOLUTION: A plurality of multilayer ceramic capacitors 3 are attached to one surface of a copper plate 2 which has an opening 5 extending in a longitudinal direction provided on substantially the center in a width direction, in a manner such that whose one electrode portion and the other electrode portion are attached to one side of the opening 5 and the other side of the opening portion 5, respectively, so as to be in parallel to each other with respect to the longitudinal direction of the copper plate 2. A multilayer ceramic capacitor 4 is attached to the other surface of the copper plate 2 in a manner such that whose one electrode portion and the other electrode portion are attached to one side of the opening 5 and the other side of the opening portion 5, respectively, so as to be in parallel to each other with respect to the longitudinal direction of the copper plate 2, subsequently, the copper plate 2 outside an area to which the plurality of multilayer ceramic capacitors 3 and 4 are fixed is cut so as to include the opening 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
