PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving circuit capable of always maintaining a reference voltage at an optimal level during a normal operation after setting the reference voltage at the optimal level by training.SOLUTION: A receiving circuit includes: data input circuits 31a to 31n for acquiring a data signal DQ which is input in synchronization with differential strobe signals DQST and DQSB, by comparing it with a reference voltage VREF; a first strobe input circuit 41 for acquiring one of the differential strobe signals by comparing with the VREF; a second strobe input circuit 42 for acquiring the other of the differential strobe signals by comparing it with the VREF; and reference voltage control circuits 36, 37, and 43 for setting the VREF based on outputs of the data input circuits and outputs of the first and second strobe input circuits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
