PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of solar cell capable of improving cost efficiency by repeating a step to form a collector electrode plural times.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of solar cell includes: a step S1 to prepare a photoelectric conversion cell which has a first principal plane and a second principal plane; a step S2 to form plural first collector electrodes on the first principal plane and form plural second collector electrodes on the second principal plane; a step S3 to measure a characteristic value of a photoelectric conversion cell on which the first collector electrode and the second collector electrode are formed; and a step S4 to form a third collector electrode at least a first principal plane and a second principal plane based on the characteristic value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
