PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of effectively suppressing both a vibration sound during operation of a valve element and control hunting.SOLUTION: An expansion valve 1 comprises a shaft 33 that is connected to a power element 3 at one end side and to a valve element 18 at the other end side and transmits axial driving force by the power element 3 to the valve element 18, and a slide mechanism for imparting a slide resistance to operation of the valve element 18.
