PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booth for a chilled conveyor, capable of being installed in an existing site in a site where food manufacturing by flow operation is performed, and further improving a work environment while retaining a cold temperature of food.SOLUTION: There is installed in a chilled operation room 2, a booth 1 for a chilled conveyor, including: a chilled conveyor 3 which includes a cooling unit 9 generating cool air C, a conveyor portion 8 for placing and conveying food F, and a cold air duct 10 guiding the cold air C generated with the cooling unit 9 to the food F placed in the conveyor portion 8; an operation block 4 surrounding at least part of the chilled conveyor 3 with a wall 4c, and forming an internal space 4d allowing an operator to operate; and a warm air unit 21 sending warm air W to the operation block 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
