PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing process of a bent pipe with a resin heat insulator including a sheathing pipe even in the case that the bent pipe shows a large bent angle or in the case that a difference between an outer diameter of the bent pipe and an inner diameter of a sheathing pipe is small.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a bent pipe 1 with a resin heat insulator comprising a resin bent pipe 2; a resin sheath pipe 3 covering a bent part 2a of the bent pipe 2; and hard urethane foamed urethane material 4 installed between the bent pipe 2 and the sheath pipe 3. The sheath pipe 3 is kept to be formed under a connected arrangement of heat-shrinkable tubing 8 while the bent pipe 2 being passed therethrough over one bent pipe part 5 including a molten adhered connecting part 13a formed by cutting an elbow-like bent pipe connected by two straight pipe members cut obliquely around an axis of a straight pipe into a ring-like shape; and two straight pipes 6, 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
