PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device for a hybrid vehicle that can be compactly structured and can reduce impact occurring during parking.SOLUTION: The transmission device for a vehicle includes: first and second motors/generators which are arranged on a shaft line of an input shaft to which power of an engine in a transmission housing is inputted; a planetary gear set; first and second output gears; and first and second clutches. The transmission device further includes: a hollow shaft that is arranged outside in a radial direction of the input shaft so as to transmit the power of the engine or power of the first motor/generator to the second output gear; an outer shaft that is arranged outside in a radial direction of the hollow shaft so as to transmit power of the second motor/generator to the first output gear; and a rear cover that is joined to a rear end part of the transmission housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
