PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diene polymer capable of providing a rubber crosslinked article excellent in processability used for a tire as well as low heat generation property and wet grip property.SOLUTION: There is provided a conjugated diene polymer having a modified group containing a silicon atom and a heat reversible group with the percentage content of the heat reversible group of 0.01 to 1 mole based on 100 mole of diene monomer unit contained in the conjugated diene polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
