PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an operation method of new drying equipment capable of stabilizing a moisture value of a dried product, surely preventing dispersion failure and excessive drying of sludge, and reducing initial costs.SOLUTION: Drying equipment includes a dried product temperature sensor 60 for measuring a temperature of a dried product P discharged from a drier 5, and executing fuggy interference while applying a dried product temperature and a dried product temperature change as condition parts, and a charging speed set value of sludge D as a conclusion part, thus a moisture sensor for measuring a moisture of the dried product P becomes unnecessary, and initial cost of the drying equipment 1 can be reduced. Further by grasping the moisture value of the dried product P from the dried product temperature and the dried product temperature change, and adjusting a sludge charging speed, a processing state of the sludge positioned in the drier 5 can be optimized, and the moisture value of the dried product P can be close to a desired value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
