The present invention relates to a natural mosquito larvicide including any one selected from clove bud oil or eugenol and Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (B.t.i), wherein a weight ratio of the one selected from clove bud oil or eugenol and the Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (B.t.i) is 5:5-7:3. By means of an environmentally-friendly mosquito larva repelling active material, a mosquito larva may be repelled without damage to the environment, and susceptibility of a pesticide with respect to a larva is improved, so usage of a pesticide may be reduced in the long term. Accordingly, high economical feasibility is ensured and a mosquito larva repelling effect is also excellent.
