PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of stably outputting current to an output of an AC constant current power supply, and a marker lamp having the same.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 has a rectifying circuit 13 for receiving and rectifying an output of an AC constant current power supply 4, a lighting circuit 7 configured to have a voltage adjusting circuit 14 for adjusting the rectified voltage of the rectifying circuit 13 to a predetermined voltage, and a lighting control circuit 18 for controlling the output of the voltage adjusting circuit 14 and outputting the controlled output to a semiconductor light emission element 3, a current detection circuit 9 for detecting the output state of the output from the AC constant current power supply 4, and a control circuit 10 for controlling the voltage adjusting circuit 14 so that the dimming level corresponding to the output state detected by the current detection circuit 9 is higher than a predetermined voltage level when the dimming level approaches to a lower limit value, and controlling the lighting control circuit 18 so that the semiconductor light emission element 3 emits light at the dimming level matched with the output state of the AC constant current power supply 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
