PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise blade for suppressing discrete frequency noise without deteriorating aerodynamic performance of a blade, and a low noise blade device using the low noise blade.SOLUTION: In a low noise blade, a rear end surface RS having an inclination to a vertical line V of a blade chord line L is formed at a blade chord directional position close to a rear edge R rather than a middle point of the blade chord line L. The inclination is inclined oppositely to an inclination formed by the blade chord line L to a fluid flow direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
