PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particle dispersion element and ink superior in sear resistance of a printed matter and preservation stability of the dispersion element.SOLUTION: Resin particle dispersion element contains resin particle A containing crosslinking agent, resin particle B containing reactive solid resin having reactivity for the crosslinking agent, basic dispersing agent, and nonaqueous solvent. Ink for ink-jet contains the resin particle dispersion element. The resin particle A may contain another solid resin that reactivity for the crosslinking agent is lower than the reactive solid resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
