PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control method of a power supply system capable of acquiring the value of power consumption by a self-sustaining load or power available therein, during autonomous operation of a power supply system, and a power supply system, at a low cost without complicating the device configuration.SOLUTION: At the time of autonomous operation, a control unit 1b2 stops supply of power generated from a fuel cell 1a to a self-sustaining load 2 by controlling a self-sustaining load relay 9. Furthermore, in a state where power generation of the fuel cell 1a is substantially the same as power consumption in a surplus power consumption unit 4, an adjustment value of a power adjustment unit 3 set therein and power generation of the fuel cell 1a in a state where the adjustment value is set, are measured. Furthermore, on the basis of the measurement results, correspondence data indicating correspondence of the adjustment value of a power adjustment unit 3 and power consumption in a surplus power consumption unit 4 is acquired or updated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
